Within our team of collaborators we have 6 platform assistants, properly trained in salvage, rescue and guidance, in charge of caring for each user in the different areas of the aquatic platform.

We have the corresponding safety equipment (life jackets) that is mandatory for visitors to enter our platform; as well as lifebuoys, a rigid stretcher, a jet ski and an evacuation inflatable available to mitigate any aquatic accident.

We have a specific area for the protection of the belongings of each of the users while they are enjoying our facilities. This area is monitored by a member of our team and by security cameras for the peace of mind of each client.

When you visit our facilities you will be able to find the topic area with the corresponding health personnel to provide first aid in the event of any event or incident within our facilities.

We are in the capacity that any event or incident within our facilities is attended in a particular way with the insurance against massive personal accidents that the company has.
